Celebrate Valentine’s Weekend with a creative, hands-on cake decorating experience. In this class, you’ll transform a crumb-coated red velvet mini cake into an edible work of art using palette knife buttercream painting techniques. Inspired by fine art, this class focuses on expressive strokes, color blending, and texture—no decorating experience required.

Each student will decorate their cake on a painter’s palette board and receive a palette knife to keep, pre-colored buttercream, and a take-home box for their finished cake. All baking is done ahead of time so we can spend the class painting, creating, and having fun. Perfect for a date night, friends outing, or a unique Valentine’s treat.
